Rajat Agrawal is the Principal Advisor at Akshita Surana & Associates, a peer-reviewed firm of Company Secretaries. He advises promoters, growth-stage enterprises, and listed entities on corporate structuring, regulatory strategy, and securities law compliance.

 

With over five years of post-qualification experience, his practice focuses on cross-border investment structuring, including inbound and outbound loan and investment transactions, pricing and reporting compliance, downstream investment monitoring, and regularisation of contraventions before regulators. He regularly assists clients in aligning capital flows and reporting frameworks with applicable regulatory requirements.
